मुस्तफ़ा युथ वेलफेयर का मानना है कि जब तक नागरिक समाज के सदस्य बदलाव और विकास की प्रक्रिया में सक्रिय रूप से भाग नहीं लेंगे, तब तक समाज में वास्तविक परिवर्तन संभव नहीं है। सकारात्मक बदलाव तभी आता है जब लोग स्वयं आगे बढ़कर जिम्मेदारी निभाते हैं।
इसी उद्देश्य से हम आपको मुस्तफ़ा युथ वेलफेयर स्वयंसेवक कार्यक्रम का हिस्सा बनने के लिए आमंत्रित करते हैं।

मुस्तफ़ा युथ वेलफेयर भारत का एक अग्रणी गैर-सरकारी संगठन (NGO) है, जो समाज सेवा, शिक्षा, युवा विकास और जरूरतमंदों की सहायता के क्षेत्र में सक्रिय रूप से कार्य कर रहा है।
हम दृढ़ता से मानते हैं कि स्वयंसेवक किसी भी संगठन की रीढ़ होते हैं। स्वयंसेवक न केवल संगठन के आदर्शों और मूल्यों को अपनाते हैं, बल्कि उन्हें ज़मीन पर लागू करने में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। साथ ही, वे संगठन के संदेश को समाज के हर वर्ग तक पहुँचाकर लोगों को इस उद्देश्य के प्रति जागरूक और संवेदनशील बनाते हैं।

Volunteering in India With MUSTAFA YOUTH WELFARE
A) General Volunteer For Mustafa Youth Community Development
Members' donation is Rs. 250/-. These will be members at the level of the District who will represent the Mustafa Youth Welfare Association at the District level. They will be provided with due training in collecting local information. They will be authorised to MEET and SEND Human Rights Atrocity Information to Local Police Officers. The renovation Fee under the category will be Rs. 250/- Per Year
Eligibility - Age 18+ to 45 / No Criminal Record
B) General Member For Mustafa Youth Community Development
Members' donation is a Minimum of Rs. 600/-. These will be members at the level of the District who will represent Mustafa Youth Welfare Association at the District level. They will be provided with due training in collecting local information. They will be authorised to MEET and SEND Human Rights Atrocity Information to Local Police Officers. The renovation Fee under the category will be Rs. 600/- Per Year
Eligibility - 8 th pass, Any Stream / Age 22+ to 45 / No Criminal Record
C) District Unit Officers For Mustafa Youth Community Development
The district unit Officer's donation fee is Rs. 7500/-. They will represent the Mustafa Youth Welfare Association in the District. They will be officers of the Mustafa Youth Welfare Association's District-level executive committee. They will be provided with organised training in law, visiting the cities, collecting information, and providing the same to the police, media, and government, so that they may carry out the task of strengthening the Mustafa Youth Welfare Association at the district/state level with the utmost effectiveness. They will authorise MEET and SEND all types of Information to Local District admin officers. The renovation Fee under the category will be Rs. 7500/- Per Year
Eligibility - 12 th Pass/ Graduation, Any Stream / Age 25+ to 45 / No Criminal Record
D) State Unit Officers For Mustafa Youth Community Development
State unit Officers' donation fees are Rs. 25000/- They will represent the Mustafa Youth Welfare Association at the State level. They will be officers of the Mustafa Youth Welfare Association State-level executive committee. They will be provided with organised training in law, visiting the cities, collecting information, and providing it to the upper admin officers. They will authorise MEET and SEND all types of Information to Local District admin officers and state admin officers. The renovation Fee under the category will be Rs. 25 000/- Per Year
Eligibility - Graduation, Any Stream / Age 27+ to 45 / No Criminal Record
E) MUST For Community Development
It is mandatory for all the members and volunteers to add at least 25 people to their team every year so that it becomes easier for us to work for society's development.

हमारा NGO मुस्तफ़ा युथ वेलफेयर समाज सेवा के कार्यों को प्रभावी और पारदर्शी तरीके से संचालित करता है। संगठन से जुड़े सभी फुल-टाइम सदस्यों को मासिक स्टाइपेंड (Stipend) प्रदान किया जाता है, जिससे वे पूरी निष्ठा और समर्पण के साथ सामाजिक कार्यों में योगदान दे सकें।
इसके अतिरिक्त, NGO से संबंधित सभी आवश्यक खर्चों का वहन संगठन द्वारा किया जाता है, जिनमें शामिल हैं:
कार्यालय संचालन खर्च
फील्ड वर्क एवं सामाजिक गतिविधियों के खर्च
यात्रा एवं परिवहन व्यय
कार्यक्रम, अभियान एवं जनजागरूकता से जुड़े खर्च
प्रशासनिक एवं प्रबंधन संबंधी खर्च
हमारा उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि संगठन से जुड़े सदस्य आर्थिक चिंता से मुक्त होकर समाज सेवा, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छता और जनकल्याण के कार्यों पर पूरी तरह ध्यान केंद्रित कर सकें।

हमारे NGO में प्राप्त होने वाले दान, सहयोग और फंड का उपयोग पूरी पारदर्शिता के साथ समाज हित के कार्यों, सदस्य सहयोग और आवश्यक खर्चों के लिए किया जाता है। प्रत्येक व्यय का रिकॉर्ड रखा जाता है ताकि दानदाताओं और सहयोगकर्ताओं का विश्वास बना रहे।
